My Journey

After having a dedicated yoga practice for a number of years, in September 2018,  I trained with Integral Yoga becoming qualified to teach.

Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, is the ancient Indian science of preventative health and healing and is also a philosophy of living.  I enjoy  immersing myself in Ayurvedic principles as its teachings re-establish balance with the systems of the body and recognise the natural laws of life and nature. I undertake a sadhana practice that brings an appreciation of daily living and moment to moment awareness in everyday activities.  In 2016, I qualified as a Wise Earth Ayurveda Lifestyle Counsellor (Food, Breath and Sound).
